BankServ To Provide ACH and Wire Transfer For Sanchez's Outsourced Banking Solutions

October 23, 2002 - SAN FRANCISCO — Sanchez Data Systems, Inc., the data processing and operations subsidiary of Sanchez Computer Associates Inc., has selected San Francisco-based BankServ as a product provider for automated wire transfer processing and enterprise ACH (Automated Clearing House) services, BankServ announced today. Sanchez is a global leader in developing scalable and integrated software and service solutions for financial institutions, while BankServ is a principal U.S. provider of outsourced payment solutions for financial services companies, governments and businesses.

BankServ will provide Global Funds Exchange Network (GFXN), a service bureau-based automated wire transfer processing system, and BankServ Transfer, an automated account funding and transfer service utilizing the ACH network, to Sanchez Data Systems clients in conjunction with the company's outsourced retail banking solution, Sanchez e-PROFILE® . Both BankServ products offer easy-to-implement automated payment processing systems in a secure, reliable and highly scalable environment.

Leveraging the BankServ products, Sanchez is extending its outsourcing capabilities for financial institutions into the payments area.
