Help Desk Software Analyst

Job Description: We are looking to recruit an experienced software analyst for the technical support Helpdesk of the International division, based in one of BankServ’s established locations in Las Vegas, Nevada or London, England. The Helpdesk provides application support for our software products running on Windows and UNIX platforms using SQL Server, Oracle and Sybase databases.
This position will be primarily focused on support for our TurboSwift and SWIFT Service Bureau systems, with occasional tasks involving our MessagePro and P2P products.
Requirements and Responsibilities: The successful candidate is likely to be a graduate with solid application support experience gained in the helpdesk operation of a bank or software vendor with knowledge in one or more of the following technical areas:
SWIFT or other financial messaging
UNIX basic system admin and shell scripts (Solaris, HP, AIX)
SQL queries
Other: As this role will involve direct contact with our clients, excellent written and verbal customer-service skills are also essential.
Once experienced with our product set, this role also offers opportunities to work on-site with our international clients.
