Product Manager, Production Support — Wire Services Division

Location: San Francisco
Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Project Manager needed in fast growing banking service company. Position located in San Francisco office working with BankServ personnel in Las Vegas and elsewhere. Candidate should have excellent Organizational, verbal and written skills. Customer Service experience and knowledge of banking Wire Transfer and SWIFT processing are a plus.

Responsibilities will include facilitating and managing existing customer relationships by providing project management support for customer driven development and system modification projects that are short to medium term in length.

Duties include interfacing with customers to receive product enhancement requests, product problem reports and add-on product requests. Works with the client to define scope and project timelines, document project requirements, and coordinate project development and resource requirements among all support groups. In addition, the Production Support Project Manager will assist various internal departments to support current customers special projects and or problem related issues. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to be multitasks to support both internal and external customer requests. Some national travel may be required. May be expected to work on some weekends. Salary is commensurate with experience.
